Export Services is the execution layer after the order route is clear. This page standardizes documents, payment boundaries, shipping responsibility, and destination handling.

Standard Document Scope

• Commercial invoice
• Packing list
• Export declaration documents
• Certificate of origin when required
• Chinese certificate of conformity or technical conformity documents for new vehicles when available and required
• Third party inspection report for used vehicles when inspection is part of the order route
• Shipment release documents such as bill of lading

Shipping and Payment Boundaries

• Vehicle price, export declaration charges, and freight must be separated unless a written bundled term has been confirmed.
• Buyer may use its own shipping agent or a shipping partner coordinated by AutoGlobalSource.
• Shipping schedule depends on route, vessel availability, shipping method, and destination timing.
• Destination customs clearance, local registration, inland trucking, and local delivery costs belong to the buyer or the local partner unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Used vehicles do not carry implied after sales support by default. New vehicle after sales support must follow the written scope agreed for the target market.
